Brunch Buffet

11 am - 3 pm — $16 per person | $8 per kid under 10

Salad Buffet

Strawberry and Mandarin Orange Salad
A bed of mixed wild field greens tossed with fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and raspberry vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, croutons and fresh parmesan tossed with Caesar dressing.

Pasta Salad
Penne noodles tossed with sweet peppers, onions, cheese and a creamy dressing.

 Memorial meal services must choose a buffet option. We reserve the right to substitute items if more people attend than predicted. Host is required to compensate Camp Ticonderoga for a predicted guest count.
