All appetizer buffet packages are based on 5-7 pieces per person. There is a 20 person minimum required for an appetizer buffet. Tax and 20% service fee not included in the above pricing or total.

Memorial services must choose a buffet option. We reserve the right to substitute items if more people attend than predicted. Host is required to compensate Camp Ticonderoga for a predicted guest count.
