Lunch Event Menu

The following menu offers plated meal options and include soft drinks, iced tea, hot tea, and coffee (juice and milk extra). Prices include cake cutting and serving fee if host meets 20 guest minimum. 40 guests or more must do a preorder. Tax and 20% service fee not included.

Baked Parmesan Cod
Fresh Icelandic cod baked with a Parmesan herb crust. Served with steamed vegetables, roasted red skin potatoes and bread.

Monterey Chicken
Grilled chicken breast smothered with BBQ sauce and topped with bacon, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, tomatoes and scallions. Served with a cornbread muffin.

Bleu Cheese Harvest Salad
Mixed wild greens with Traverse City dried cherries, walnuts, bleu cheese and raspberry vinaigrette. Served with a blueberry muffin.

Chicken Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, croutons and fresh Parmesan tossed with classic Caesar dressing and sliced, chargrilled chicken breast. Served with fresh baked bread.

Strawberry Mandarin Orange Salad
Warm chargrilled chicken breast on a bed of mixed wild field greens with fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and raspberry vinaigrette. Served with a blueberry muffin.

Maurice Salad
Shredded iceberg lettuce, ham, smoked turkey, swiss cheese, and gherkins tossed with traditional homemade dressing. Garnished with green olives and hard-boiled egg. Served with a blueberry muffin.

Traverse City Chicken Burger
Ground chicken burger gently seasoned and broiled, complimented with goat cheese, spicy cherry jam, fresh arugula on a fresh-baked wheat bun. Served with potato chips and pickle.

Chicken Salad Croissant
Chicken salad on a soft croissant with lettuce and tomato. Served with potato chips and pickle.

Turkey Reuben
Smoked turkey with Swiss cheese, coleslaw and honey mustard on grilled rye bread.

Swiss Dip 
Shaved ribeye steak and Swiss cheese on a French baguette. Served with au jus, potato chips and pickle.

Brie & Apple Grilled Cheese
Cinnamon-spiked, fire-roasted Fuji apples, arugula, chunky walnuts, brie and sharp cheddar on grilled ciabatta bread. Served with potato chips and pickle.

Pasta Primavera 
Vegetables tossed in marinara over fettuccine noodles and topped with Parmesan cheese. Served with garlic toast.

*Substitute French fries instead of chips for an additional $2/person. Add a fresh fruit garnish for $1.5/person.
