We own and operate an independent group of original restaurants in the metro Detroit area. They include Camp Ticonderoga (est. 1996) in Troy, The Moose Preserve Bar & Grill (est. 1990) in Bloomfield Hills, Deadwood Bar & Grill (est. 1999) in Northville, The Iroquois Club (est. 2006) in Bloomfield Hills, and The White Horse Inn (est. 2014) in Metamora. While each restaurant is truly unique, what they all have in common is a casual, comfortable atmosphere, magnificent hunting-lodge interiors, exceptional varied-menu offerings, beautiful outdoor terraces and, most importantly, award-winning and unmatched levels of customer service. Oh, and they're also known throughout the United States for have the best homemade, cooked-to-order chocolate chip cookies !

We're a growing collection of restaurants, with active, working owners known as The Great American Grubslingers. We're visible and viable in each community that we operate in. We employ over 250 people who are your friends, neighbors or even relatives. We've been in business for 20 years and are proud to make metro Detroit our home.
